Solution Assessments in Western Europe for Small & Medium sized Businesses

Microsoft offers eligible partners to assess existing and target customers in SMB to uncover opportunities in their environment to improve productivity, reduce cost and optimize investments by moving to the cloud.

Microsoft Solution Assessments use the power of data-driven recommendations to define actionable steps​for partners to help their customers.

After nominating the customer for a solution assessment, partners are involved in every step of the process.

At the end of the process the partner takes the assessment results and defines the project plan for the customer and leads the project further in execution.

This training will learn partners the full process, the partner & customer criteria, the assessments data gathering and insight generated, and introduces the customer nomination form.
